Fantastic 4BR in CBD by Readyset

Melbourne Worst Accommodation Positive: All the beds were comfy, location to train station was great. That's it unfortunately Negative: In 14 years of coming to Melbourne for the cox plate this was by far the worst accommodation we (4 men) have ever stayed in. The place was very dirty on arrival. We actually cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen ourselves. The oven was absolutely filthy, so bad we didn't end up using it. Bed quilts were strained, bathroom showers were useless, no spray . Vanity water pressure was i trickle. The lounge was broken, the floor mat had more stains than mat. Overall it was a complete disappointment, at almost one thousand dollars a night it was unbelievable that you would present an apartment in this condition. The host company obviously don't visit their property at all, because no one would let anyone stay here for that sort of price. Ive always rated our stays honest and this overall place was not worth one hundred dollars a night. Absolutely disgrace in all aspects. Would never stay or use this company again. Very underwhelming

The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. But the property is way older than what is shown in the photos. The carpet has holes in it throughout and their stains everywhere … on the couch, on the carpet, on the counters, on the walls,and on the furniture. One bathroom was full of mold, and the sink faucet turned around, while the other bathroom has a broken handle on the shower door. It had a washer and dryer, but both were not working very well. This is clearly a property that requires investment.

Location, location, location Positive: Location was perfect, great for large groups. Negative: The pillows really need to be replaced!

Our stay was really comfortable and we really enjoyed our vacation. Positive: The location because it’s very convenient to access to all transportation services. And the apartment was ao big that we really had our space. Negative: Nothing. We really love the property.
