Great value Positive: 3 bedroom apartment Spacious with plenty of beds Very convenient location Easy check in Late check-out fee was worth it for our family Pool and gym on 6th floor was great. Unfortunately one occasion when we wanted to use the pool there were a group of rowdy men in there harassing women so we left. The apartment was fairly clean but there are visible stains on the sofa and table top I can see why some people say it's dirty but honestly I've seen worse. The apartment we were in is located near the garbage chute which stinks but that's pretty common in these buildings. Would definitely stay here again for the right price. Negative: Could hear the doof doof from a nightclub which kept everyone awake

Great location with small improvements needed Positive: The location was fantastic, with a massive variation of food options which make it easy to plan for dinner or lunch or various meals. Public transport is right at the doorstep, with Southern Cross a walk away, along with the Spencer St Outlet for all shopping needs. Communication was good with the host for the times we needed it, and they were willing to assist in any way they could. Negative: The internet was terrible. For a location in the city, being limited to only 20mbps download when the NBN has upgraded everyone to almost 500mbps for the same price feels horrible, and made it impossible to watch movies or shows and the like. Further, the washing machine and dryer need clear maintainence with lint build up approaching fire levels. Having only two keys was also a pain for a the group of 7 we had. The beds, while comfortable, were on their last legs too. It may be worth changing the mattresses and linens as they were stained on the underside.

Positive: Great location, nice and spacious for our group. Negative: At the time of our stay it was pretty warm and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms

Positive: Location was great. Good value for money. Clean, quite and has all the amenities you need.
