Quick Melbourne trip
Positive: Fine location, great room.
Negative: The check-in process was a little wonky, but got there in the end!

Negative: 去领钥匙的时候，工作人员估计给我的是备用钥匙。钥匙牌上没有写房间号。导致我们在电梯里来回徘徊。后来发现订单上有消息写着房间号，才终于找到房间。 以为是自己忽略了房间号的信息…结果第二天出门回来以后，莫名发现桌子上多了一把钥匙，而且钥匙牌上还写着房间号。
如果直接给我的是 带房间号的钥匙，就方便多了
另外 双人床的床垫经常塌陷 不舒服。

Good location with a nice view near Southern Cross Station
Negative: Time restraints when collecting keys. Oven was not clean and had a bad odour. Couch was falling apart.
