Positive: The location..near Coles..Southern Cross Station..near tram stop...I will stay this apartment again if I come to Melbourne...
Negative: I booked 3 units...one unit on the 1st floor..I think rm 108..can hear the traffic outside...another unit on 34thfloor.. I forget the rm number..the basin bowl was chooked... my friend husband clean the tap...but my rm 2707 perfect...👍

Ready..set..Go to Manhattan
Positive: Good clear instructions to check-in.
Very accessible to free-to-ride tram service, supermarket and late night dinner or supper fix.
Spacious area with good size of kitchen space. Kitchen has necessary utensils.
Negative: Some sinks took a long time for water to be drained.
Toilet doors creaked too loudly.
Bedrooms have no locks.
Some cutlery like can opener is blunt.
