Readyset Townhouses at Mosaic - G1

Perfect for large groups or a gathering of friend! Great location for all Melbourne has to offer! Positive: Location is amazing! Close to free city tram, Docklands precinct, Marvel Stadium & Southern Cross Station. Supermarkets & many restaurants within a block. 4 bedrooms & 4 toilets! A main bathroom & ensuite in the main bedroom. Very spacious & plenty of seating to chill & relax. Negative: The whole place could do with a deep clean. There were a lot of cobwebs, the carpets were a little stained & the front verandah/patio is in desperate need of a sweep/clean (covered in leaves etc) & could perhaps do with some outdoor seating? The back entrance was full of leaves & weeds also. The front steps also covered in leaves which makes them slippery if you step in the wrong spot. I understand the trees around the area were losing leaves, but a quick sweep & removal would have made the entrance a lot nicer.

Great location but unfortunately the key collection and odour indoors will not have us rebooking. Positive: The location and the layout/ configuration of the property was perfect for our family gathering. The heating in all rooms was good. Negative: The front porch was dirty and littered with rubbish. The odour indoors was unpleasant, making all of our clothes smell even after leaving the property.

Was an amazing stay. Awesome location and great sized townhouse for you and your big family or friends to stay in and ha Positive: The location and size of the town house. Negative: They don’t give you the option about if you are going to use the parking or not, they just take $27 from your card assuming you’re using it. Also a 12 minute walk to pick up keys which is quite hard when you have a heaps of bags with you to drag around. Other than that it is great!
