Ideal 3-Bedroom Apartment in CBD - MH4

Wasn't the best place we have stayed in Melbourne. Not sure if we'll return to this property. Negative: We had pre-requested two sets of keys but only received one. We had to return to collect the second set of keys. Wasn't the best place we have stayed in Melbourne. Not sure if we'll return to this property. Yes it was very central for us, however, the key situation was frustrating. Having to supply ID of all guests was a pain. It was meant to be a non smoking property, however, there was a stubby on the balcony full of butts. I asked about the pool and we were of the impression that we could take our bathers to access, but when we arrive our key did not access the pool level. The two single beds had dirty sheets (e.g. hair on pillow cases and in the bed). We would not say the property was super clean. Lounge too squashy - needs a smaller coffee table and smaller sofa couch. We used the sofa couch but it was painful to set-up given the limited space. A lady in our group left her denim jacket hanging in her bedroom wardrobe by mistake and although we were pretty quick to notify, there was no jacket found - so disappointing and unethical of whomever took the jacket.

A week in Melbourne Positive: The location was just wonderful...close to the tram stops and the Asian grocers and coles were nearby. It was also close to the Southern Cross station. We could do some light cooking, there were enough utensils and had a wonderful chat in the cozy living area. Negative: The toiletries were not provided in the toilets. We needed to buy them from the grocers.

Positive: Close to cbd and public transportation Negative: Towel rails in toilets were broken

Central apartment perfect for families. Positive: Everything we needed as a family of 6 in a great central location. Negative: There was some noise on night one as we were on the first floor and there was a pair of a previous guests underwear hanging on one of the coat hangers but otherwise very good.

Good location, near station & free tram zone. Suitable for group of friends to stay. Positive: Good location, right next to a big station, and within the free tram zone. Negative: The apartment was not fully ready when we arrived, had to request further cleaning. Apart from that it's a cozy place for group of friends to stay. The room with window was pretty cold at night to sleep.
