Southbank Boulevard Retreat by Readyset Apartments - 3 Bedroom Apartment - SB1

Terrible signing in and out but good once inside. Positive: Kitchen Negative: It was very difficult to get into the property. The key wasn’t in the convenience store at 3pm, it was difficult to park at the convenience store. Waited outside in the rain for the cleaners to bring down the key, there was only no parking zones to leave the car to wait outside the front for the keys. Once inside the parking lot the information said level 2……but this meant level 2 of the apartment block not level 2 of the carpark. The numbers on the carparks aren’t sequential so it took 15 minutes to find the carpark. Then at the end you have to get your car out, then find a carpark, then walk all the way back to leave the keys inside. Very difficult.

A wonderful stay. Positive: This is a great apartment. Very easy to collect and return the key, host also very friendly and quick to response. And just about a six-minute walk from the nearest tram stop.

Had the best time, it felt nice and private. Positive: Great location! It’s close to shops and restaurants. Negative: Everyone was friendly and nice.

Comfortable apartment that accommodates 8 Positive: How many it accommodates Negative: A bit tired

Would definitely stay again. Perfect for families cause you’re close to everything. Positive: Nice apartment ,spacious and close to everything . Lots of extra blankets and bedding .. Negative: The property was very nice ,but lots of dust under the tv cabinet, moved an armchair to watch the tv and lots of fluff and bottle tops under there .
