Convenient location, but unfortunately let down by poor cleanliness, maintenance issues and serious concerns about the s Positive: The location was convenient, particularly being close to Southern Cross Station and public transport. The apartment was also a good size for travelling with children. Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment was not presented to an acceptable standard. On arrival, the floor had not been properly vacuumed, there was rubbish beside and underneath the main bed, dirty dishes were left in the drawers, the dryer lint filter was full, and the supplied mop was broken. There were also significant maintenance and safety concerns. The toaster repeatedly tripped the power when used, and the external sliding door did not have a functioning handle/lock, meaning we could not properly secure it. This was particularly concerning as I was staying with my children. I photographed the cleaning and maintenance issues and recorded video of the toaster tripping the power. For the amount paid, I expected a clean, properly maintained and secure apartment.

Positive: Location was good. Communication good from host. Negative: Walls dirty and bathroom not very clean.

Negative: The pillows on the beds are shocking

Excellent location and convenient to see Melbourne City Positive: Location and availability on the busiest weekend of the year. Super convenient to get around. Offers safe parking at additional cost which was extremely convenient. Negative: A little cramped :) but expected in CBD. The single bathroom posed a few challenges when the flush stopped working overnight.. but the team was very receptive next morning to get it fixed on 31 Dec which by itself was no mean feat.
