Delightful Positive: Location was amazing. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Negative: Key collection for out off office hours is abit far to walk, too near for car.

Had a lovely girls weekend at this awesome apartment it’s was a great location Positive: The location was great and made it easy to get to everything

Great location but in need of a deep clean Positive: Great location, fantastic views, near the eateries of the city. Well appointed one bedroom apartment including a European laundry and a big screen TV. Negative: I had a free airport transfer but I was unable to change the drop-off to the key collection point. This meant there was no where to leave my luggage to then collect the key from Spencer Street. Check-in was not straight forward as you needed to access the apartment via a particular lift. The apartment had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. There were also numerous disused hooks in the walls.

Great location, excellent value and well equipped. Positive: It was ideally situated for all of our activities. It was close to both tram and train stations. There was an incredible selection of restaurants, cafes and food stalls all within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean and really well stocked with a large selection of kitchen gear. It was really handy having a washing machine and dryer as it meant only a small amount of clothing needed to be carried. Overall I would highly recommend this establishment for a stay in Melbourne. Negative: The only drawback was only having one fob and key as it meant that it was difficult for the two of us to split up and do separate activities. We didn’t check whether it was possible to obtain a separate set as we were only staying for eight days. Apart from the key issue everything else was excellent.

Positive: Beatiful views of the dock especially at sunset... perfect location, close to the train station, yarra river, and food spots
