Great surrounds of Kensington by Readyset

Positive: Good location & good size Negative: Property was disgusting, missing so many kitchen items, no Air con as advertised, and were disgusting had to buy more, communication on issues was poor

Check in was not clear - while I take some responsibility for that, but the emails etc should be formatted in a way that it is easier to read - the code to collect keys was in a font that did not stand out amongst the other visual pollution. Getting in the car par was not a simple task either, Lucky there were some helpful people nearby to give some hints as what to do! Upon entry there was an odour emanating from one room where someone prior to our arrival smoked a cigar in bed and it reeked in the pillows, sheets and throughout. No air-conditioning, only pedestal fans that where covered in filth (haven't been cleaned in ages). Doors and windows were difficult to open and had not been cleaned or serviced in a very long time as cobwebs and leaf matter was abound. The carpets were stained and past their used by date, the couch was all equally stained. The nail in the coffin was on the last night the hot water went off and was cold by the end of the shower, and by morning it did not heat up at all. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs to access room - considering the price we paid for the room it was an inconvenience (expected something like that in a cheaper apartment). The only upside is that it is 500m from a train station and an easy walk to with regular trains passing by. Overall, the place was too expensive for what was on offer, dirty, no aicon, and doors and windows not open easily. AVOID AVOID unless they drop their tariff to a reasonable price!! GRRRRR!

Good location for what I needed. Positive: Location was great for what I needed. Negative: Lounge was stained. Reported it but family Member stayed there a week later and nothing had been done .

Positive: Little bit smaller than excepted. Four adults would be better suited to family with small children. Negative: Not enough eating plates and bowls etc. Only a three piece setting not 4, could have been cleaner overall. No face washes. No lift provided,

Apartment building smelt terrible, tad tired, lounge could do with new covers otherwise overall very clean
