ReadySet Apartments on Southbank One - 3 Bedroom Apartment SC1

The apartment needed maintenance and new furniture. Positive: The location, and the layout were good Negative: The apartment needed a major renovation. The carpet was dirty and the walls needed a paint. The furniture all needed replacing. The dining chairs had no foam left and were unstable. The lounge was very uncomfortable and sunken making it hard to get out of. The bedroom with 2 singles beds- one was broken and the other was supported by cardboard. The showers heads on both showers needed a good clean and water pressure not the best. The tap in the en-suite of the master bedroom was able to fall off. The pillows were terrible on every bed. The kitchen wasn’t too bad but wasn’t greatly equipped

Positive: Great location kids loved the pool and views were great

Broken furniture(sofa bed, dining chairs, toilet handle, one single bed frame, shower heads & kitchen exchaust). Raised dining chair issues & got extremely dirty & broken chairs. Raised again then got reply that "we will inform to our maintenance department".TV was very old & cannot watch youtube/netflix. Only Australian TV channels.No cooling/heating in the bedroom. After raising issue, they supplied heaters.Only positive sides was apartment building, its facilities & its location.

Positive: Location location location Negative: The place needs a lot of repairs. Carpets are Stained Walls and ceilings are splattered Door handles and bathrooms fittings are falling off. On top of that they ask for a $500 bond.

Parking was secure and property was well located and well laid out.
