We had a great stay at this apartment, the property was 'as described and pictured' in the listing. We did have a couple of maintenance issues with the bathroom sinks blocking - we did manage to clear one ourselves. Also, the indoor swimming and spa pool were out of action for the majority of the stay and the gymnasium was very minimal. However, overall, we rate this apartment highly.

crazy amount of admin required with being constantly hassled to provide id’s …even before the free cancellation period. Positive: location is good secure Negative: VERY dirty especially bathrooms missing linen - had to phone to obtain additional towels as check in was for 8 and apartment only had 4 towels. got told to go buy my own and submit receipt …couldn’t believe it! I’m the guest…I’m not gonna go running around trying to find a shop to buy towels!!! rather than just holding the bond of $495 it actually got taken out of my account …I had to call to get it refunded

Extremely convenient and accomodating! Positive: very very secure property, in an excellent location, especially for SkyBus in the Southern Cross Station and trams. The apartment was very large, clean and the views were incredible. 10/10. Negative: nothing!
