ReadySet Apartments on Rose Lane - 3 Bedroom Apartment RL3

Everything was seamless, location was excellent close to all transport and a lot of food places nearby including a coles supermarket. Great communication from company.

Very disappointing stay. The apartment had multiple issues that significantly affected our comfort. Stay away from them! The second bedroom window could not close properly and had a gap that let cold air in throughout the night. This was Melbourne in winter, and the room became extremely cold and noisy (NOT the normal city noise). The window has a gap so it didn’t block any sound. We had to sleep in multiple layers and use all the blankets we could find. The balcony sliding door could not be locked properly. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. They said it’s designed that way, and the shower water would suddenly become dangerously hot. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with young children.Cleanliness was also disappointing. We found multiple hairs on the towels, and there was a noticeable yellow stain/mark inside the bedding.We reported the problems immediately and spent a significant amount of our vacation communicating with Readyset and Vrbo. Staff came to look at the window, but the gap remained. We asked for another apartment or another solution, but none was provided.We stayed because we had nowhere else to move our group on such short notice, not because the problems were resolved. Unfortunately, we spent all three nights dealing with issues that should have been addressed before guests were allowed to stay here.For the price we paid, this was absolutely not an acceptable experience. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately due to maintenance issues we were given a different apartment to the original one booked. I assumed it would be the same but just a different floor. This apartment was very run down, dirt floors, dishes still dirty in the dishwasher and only one glass to drink from. The host was good at communicating and got us more cups. We were just disappointed for the overall feel.

Terrible experience. Apartment was furnished extremely cheaply and inadequately. There was 1 3 person sofa for a 3 bedroom apartment which is grossly inadequate. No place for people to sit.. Only one small table in the living space which is about 30cm diameter.The dining table chairs were wobbly and we were afraid they would break undressed at any given time.There was a balcony which is nice but absolutely no chairs to sit on while on the balcony.The sink faucet in the master bedroom simply came off with water squirting all over the place. The faucet in the kitchen over the sink is literally held together with Scotch tape.
